La Cerdanya
The Cerdanya is the region of snow par excellence. The impressive ski resorts at La Molina and Masella clearly determine its character and form the focus of interest of many skiing enthusiasts from the regions lying close to them. This is the westernmost region within Girona province, as well as the one that has the most notably Pyrenean feel. Small Romanesque chapels and churches offer a chance to follow various routes through this zone, which includes part of the Cadé-Moixeró Natural Park.
