NORMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENT OF THE ACCOMMODATION
Published prices do not include 7% of VAT.
Payments
The total amount should be paid by the client upon arrival. We don’t accept cheques the day of arrival.
Deposit
When settling the balance and the keys are handed over a guarantee of 120 € (apartments), 220 € (houses) will also be taken. For people under 27 years old, without company of adults a deposit of 300€ will be taken, which will be returned after leaving the property. In case we cannot check up the property, we will return the deposit by post, after checking up.
Pets
In case pets are allowed, there will be an extra charge of 17€ per stay and per animal. Pets are not usually allowed in most apartments. Please ask at the time of booking. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the tenant and will be charged for accordingly.
Anomalies and shortages
Please report to the office any anomalies or shortages immediately they are detected.
Furniture
All properties are fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens. The linen is not included in the price but it may be hired at cost of 8, 70€ double sheet, 6,50€ single sheet, 2,40€ large towel and 1,30€ small towel.
Cleaning
All our properties are cleaned for your arrival and we ask our clients to leave the property in the same condition of cleanness on departure. If preferred it may be cleaned by a cleaner at a cost of 34€ studio, 40€ 1 bedroom, 44€ 2 bedrooms, 50€ duplex 2 bedrooms, 55€ 3 bedrooms, 69€ 4 bedrooms. Semi-attached house 79,00€, individual house of 3 bedrooms or less 120,00€, individual house of more then 3 bedrooms 138,00€.
Community Conditions
The properties that belong to a community will be governed by the conditions of that community.
Cancellation fees rested from the pre-payment
25 % in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the first day of the contract. 50 % in case of cancellation 30 or less days or more than 7 days before the first day of the contract. 100 % in case of cancellation less than 7 days before the first day of the contract.
End of Contract
Upon departure client has to leave it in the same conditions as he received the apartment as well as the furniture etc.
